Welcome MessageWelcome to the website of the Coming Out Women Support Group of Tacoma, WA. Coming Out Women is a confidential support group for women, mostly in their mid- to late-adulthood, who are dealing with coming out issues. We are diverse in many ways from our ages to living situations to degree of out-ness. Yet together we embrace one important gift: we are women-loving-women. Now is the time to be truly ourselves:AUTHENTIC, WHOLE, and EMPOWERED.
MeetingsCOWomen meets 6:30-9:00 1st + 3rd Wed. each month in a private room at the University Place Library located at 3609 Market Pl W, University Place, WA. Once you enter the library, head to the far right back corner to find the meeting room. This is a confidential support + networking (not therapy, but therapeutic!) group for women mostly in mid- to late-adulthood. This group is absolutely free of charge. We welcome you!
Unable to attend in person?Coming Out Women strives to make itself available to everyone interested in participating. For some women, and for various reasons, meeting in person is not always an option. In the past, we have arranged to include women in the meeting through FaceTime or another computer connection, or via phone.
